HOW TO ORDER

FOCUS HEALTH PRODUCTS has a standard for care above the rest.  We are relentless in providing the most exceptional products, service and training.  As an authorized BRODA Seating dealer, we sell, service, and support only BRODA solutions.  This gives us a unique advantage as the BRODA subject matter experts in Alberta.

1. Seating Assessment 

This where the process begins and we come to visit you or discuss with you over the phone, the needs of the client and begin to figure out what you need. A seating assessment is to understand what chair might be best and also to provide education and training about each specific chairs. This is conducted by a clinician or durable medical equipment specialist.

2. Chair Selection & Prescription

Based on the seating assessment, we work to confirm the features and functions of a chair match the prescribed equipment needs of the patient. Occasionally a temporary seating trial or evaluation chair can be utilized to ensure equipment selection is best. This is where we custom fit the chair and begin to tailor each chair to increase the patient's quality of living.

3. Chair Configuration and Price Quote

Next we will help configure the specific accessories, padding packages, colours and features for the best experience for each Patient's long term care. FOCUS HEALTH PRODUCTS has several different purchasing options to meet your needs. We are also aware of certain Provincial and Federal government funding programs that can alleviate some of the final costs.

4. Order Confirmation & Production Process

We submit the order and make sure all documentation is correct. Our Canadian manufacturing team then builds, assembles and tests the chair or wheelchair according to industry leading standards. Broda is proud of our manufacturing quality, durability and attention to detail, as well as the fact that we make chairs right here in Canada.

5.  Delivery & Fitting

We then facilitate the delivery of the chair to the facility or home. We will help make sure the chair matches the order and fits the individual correctly. We will also come and train all support staff, family and the patient on how to use the chair properly and get the most use out of all its features, maintenance and cleaning.

6. Follow Up

FOCUS HEALTH PRODUCTS wants each patient to have the best experience of life possible, especially with their new Broda chair or accessory. Therefore, we make sure to follow up after a few weeks, and even a few months after a chair is purchased and fitted. We want to make sure each and every client is fully supported both in the short term and the long term.

+ Ongoing Support for Repair or Maintenance

Broda chairs and wheelchairs last a long time and are extremely durable. However, over time, repair or maintenance may be required to keep your product functioning properly. Contact us and we will be glad to help with repair, maintenance and replacement part requests, or even to provide information on products and their features to ensure you are getting the most out your Broda chair or accessories.
